Hi there!
I'm Elena.
I have been creating mosaics for over a decade. I'm a collector of things! I love durable, colourful materials, like glass and porcelain. I'm inspired by the connection of things around me.
My personal studio practice is ever evolving and derives from traveling and life experiences. I use the connection of objects, texture, and colour to express and celebrate the huge diversity we have in our world.
Over the years, I have created many community murals, and taught visual arts throughout Ontario. I have also developed a small collection of D.I.Y. kits, available for everyone to try, at any skill level.
